L'Annexe is a comfortable, cosy and romantic cottage situated on the edge of the scenic village of Mons, right on a walking trail that leads to the Gorges d'Héric or up the Caroux mountain. It's 10 minute walk down to heart of the village where there are several restaurants, a café, a grocery store, tourism office and a weekly market. From the Kitchen-living space you have direct access to the paved patio under the vines and kiwi tree. The shared, unheated pool is open from April till October.

Cette ancienne tannerie datant du 19 ème siècle est située en plein cœur du village de Sainte Eulalie d’Olt, village d’artistes classé parmi les plus beaux villages de France, sur le territoire du parc naturel régional de l’Aubrac. La Tannerie, d’une capacité d’accueil de 10 personnes, offrira à ses occupants un ensemble d’environ 300 m2 habitable, entièrement rénové, sur un terrain clos de 1500 m2 avec piscine 12x4 et bordé d’un ruisseau.

I built my wooden house entirely and finished it in early 2024. I offer it for rent during the high summer season but also during the other 3 seasons which each offer their advantages. The creation of the sauna with its wood stove is to be able to enjoy the swimming pool in all seasons. (paid option) The swimming pool is not overlooked and offers a beautiful view of the valley and its natural landscape. This valley is also home to the village of Conques and its magnificent abbey church.
