The home has two original restored fireplaces, 20 cm oak beams, real hardwood floors, and nearly 2 years of careful renovation. Located in the city center but very quiet, with 3.4 m ceilings and a sofa that can sleep 2 additional adults

Within 5 minutes walking distance from the central square, King Erekle II palace and the central park Nadikvari which has an amazing view on the Alazani valley and the Caucasus mountain range.
