It sleeps four people comfortably with an “rv queen” bed and two "rv twin" bunk beds. You’ll stay comfortable with air conditioning, an extendable awning for shade, and outdoor seating area with a table, fire pit, and bbq. Fast WiFi! The neighborhood has a boat ramp and a beach with large grass covered play area. Dining and a marina 1 mile away. Walmart delivery.

This is our small newly remodeled unit with updated amenities and really can only sleep 2 at the most. Enjoy the Little elm beach which is minutes drive away from the property.
