“9 mins NE in Stow. Great pizzas and a recently refurbished restaurant and bar area. If you’re struggling to park on the main road, The Sheep do have a car park at the back of the pub or there is a pay and display at the bottom of the street of shops on the right. It’s a 5 min walk back to the restaurant.”

“Definitely worth a visit for families only 3.7 miles from the lodge. £5 per car until 4th May. Cordoned off swimming area with beach, lifeguards with plenty to do. Playground, volleyball court, BBQ Station, climbing wall and plenty of grassed areas to bring your own picnic or visit Beach shack Cafe. Pedaloes £8/half hour Mini -port electric boats £10/15 mins Great day with plenty to occupy the whole family...walks/cycling paths around the 2 large lakes.”
