This is the most iconic market of the city. In the heart of the old city, you'll find the best local food restaurants and authentic crafts. Walk around the old city after or before a nice asado. Friday is a good day for this plan.

A must-see place to visit and enjoy a lunch. The place is packed with the national specialty - parrilla, delicious grilled meat. It goes well with a nice glass of Uruguayan red wine.
