Sahastradhara, which literaly means 'Thousand fold spring' is a famous tourist spot in Dehradun. At the Baldi river, Sahastradhara is located at 14 km from Dehradun city. Tourist visit Sahastradhara in large numbers to watch beauty of waterfalls and caves.

The waterfall is 2.6 kms from Bumble Bee. Its a place where mountain springs unite and form a river which cascades over a series of steps and forms pools in those steps, in which tourists enjoy having a quick dip. And because of sulphur, it has got medicinal values. There are many shops nearby; you can rent clothes, tubes and have some food as well. But on the weekends, it is a bit crowded place. There is a ropeway also, which can take you to the top, where there is one amusement park and cave.
