A quick walk to the Douglas Family Preserve is our favorite sunset activity. Epic views of the coastline with trails through the eucalyptus trees. There are areas where dogs can run off leash so keep your eye out for friendly pups.

A great spot for a cliff top walk, and dogs can go off leash, if you pick up after them. Still spots for quite contemplation abound, and trails are good for walks, or short runs.

This park overlooks the ocean, you really can't beat the views. This is a great little walk if you are looking for some exercise.

Dog walking heaven - but fun for the view from the cliffs over the ocean, see the islands like it's a CGI effect. You can see a lot of beautiful dogs, too, and sometimes people fly by on parachutes.
