“You can bring your own tubes or rent them from an outfitter and tube between public access points at each end of the Horseshoe. The Horseshoe is a horseshoe-shaped portion of the river with public access points at each end. They are close enough to walk between, making it easy for you to put in, tube the loop, get out, and repeat until your heart’s content. The Horseshoe is about 1.6 miles away.”
