The fancy restaurant in this building is a big tourist attraction. However, I suggest you don't go to the white table cloth on the top floor- go to the restaurant and LOUNGE area. Look at their website for live jazz. Eat some apps and some drinks.
If you are the type who really relishes is historic things and guided tours, also go to the viewing floor and pay to have a set of head phones explain the city to you.
