Round Top Retreat, Rustic Cabin

A wonderful rustic, private, off-grid get-away, perfect for couples or families who enjoy camping (cabin not a tent), nature hikes, star-gazing, pond. If you automatic book you confirm your understanding of the following: there is NO electricity, running water, or std. bed/mattresses. AWD vehicle is recommended. We do not plow the driveway in winter, you need to shovel off-road park spot, and transport gear to cabin (e.g. by sled, snowshoes) Onsite: hand water pump, outhouse, woodstove, & grill.

Situated across from 20 acre Jennings Pond and a 1000 acre State Forest, the Meadow House cabin is an ideal spot where you can forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. The city of Ithaca and the campuses of Cornell University and Ithaca College are a 10-minute drive away. The cabin sits in the middle of a 3 acre lawn with views of Jennings Pond and its beach area. It is a short drive to the heart of the Finger Wine Region, with over a dozen tasting rooms within a 45 minute drive!

This unique place has a style all its own. Knotty pine throughout makes this home feel very warm and cozy. Beautiful front deck is a great place to relax and watch the wildlife. A deck off the bedroom is a great place to curl up with a cup of coffee and a book. All modern conveniences of home with the beauty of nature. Full kitchen with lots of amenities. King size bed in the loft with a spiral staircase (somewhat steep but nice handrails) and an additional queen size pullout sectional.

600 square foot, 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom efficient and cozy cabin on a beautiful hilltop location in Candor, NY. Built in 2022. The cabin is easily accessible through a shared driveway in a quiet and private setting. Watch beautiful sunrises from one direction and gorgeous sunsets from the other direction, and the occasional wildlife passing by. Many outdoor recreation opportunities at nearby State Forests/Parks. Pets are welcome! Portable mattresses can be provided for additional guests.

Our Family Hunting Cabin - Davenport Acres

Our Family Cabin is great for couples, solo adventurers and families. The Cabin is not a resort but a semi-rustic, fully functional cabin, with great views and a peaceful setting. Being a cabin surrounded by woods, fields, ponds you may see on any day deer, turkeys, cranes, fish and the occasional bear. The Finger Lakes are just 45-60 mi away with many wineries and breweries. Minutes from Tioga Downs Casino Great fall foliage views. Three ponds, Fire Pit, Hiking.

Private cabin on 115 acres. Has large pond to walk to. Several miles of trails. Cabin has kitchen and full bath. Bath is entered from outside. Electric is supplied by electric start generator. Queen bed with 2 cots and all linens. Wood stove for heat. Fire pit. Firewood is available for small fee. This cabin is very secluded, you can drive up a 1/2 mile driveway to the front door. Come and enjoy the peace and Quiet. {No motorized vehicles allowed on trails}

Located on our 75 acre organic orchard and cidery, it is a short drive to Ithaca, Watkins Glen, Finger Lakes wineries, state parks and gorges. Nature surrounds you: water rushing, a tree frog chorus, beavers swimming by, bald eagles fishing trout. Enjoy hanging out and eating meals on a wraparound deck overlooking the water. Enjoy privacy and picturesque views on our 130 acre farm in upstate New York in one of our two rustic cabins. Spend your days fishing in a stocked pond and at night watching the stars next to a camp fire. The cabins are lit up with solar lamps and an outside toilet is just a few steps away. The hutch has a supply of different board and card games. All dogs are welcomed here and they will even have a stocked treat jar awaiting them.

There is a ton of hiking surrounding this property just minutes away, you can rent kayaks downtown to access Cayuga Lake and much more!!
