The apartment is very spacious and can comfortably host five adults. Each bedroom has a double bed, closet and a working desk with a wireless charging lamp. Extendable corner set sofa in the living room is suitable for 1-2 persons, while the central dining table is extendable for six. Our guests can easily relax in the apartment as it offers three smart LED TVs, air-conditioning, underfloor heating, Wi-Fi, fully functional kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, oven, kettle, coffee machine, and an extensive selection of kitchen utensils. Spacious terrace is perfect for relaxation on four loungers, for having early breakfast or a romantic dinner while enjoying the sea view, and the scent of the sea, pine and cypress trees. The apartment is approximately 200 m away from the bus stop from which the bus number 6 will take you to the Old Town. There is a public parking space in front of the apartment, which is partly free of charge. Beaches, walking trails and parks are all close, together with shops, cafes and bars. Located on Lapad peninsula, in a quiet part of Dubrovnik, dining recommendations include a fish restaurant, also called Orsan, in front of the apartment. Local market is very close where you can find delicious groceries for your meal.

The apartment has an excellent location – there is a 5 minutes walk to the Old Town, and Banje Beach is 2 minutes away, descending the stairs. There are two bedrooms, one with the sea view, and the other with pull out sofa bed and pull out chair. Air conditioned. Fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with a shower and a washing machine. Terrace with a table and a view of the Old Town. Self-check in. Luggage can be left in a locked storage before or after check in at 2PM / check out at 10AM.

This gallery apartment is located in Plat, a lovely touristic place in Dubrovnik region, in the south of Croatia. It has an amazing sea view and it is only 13 kilometers away from Dubrovnik Old Town. It is air- conditioned and fully equipped. It is set approximatley 200 meters from the nearest beach. This is one of the oldest houses within the walls of the Old town of Dubrovnik, written documents say it has survived the Great earthquake in 1667. Down the street Od sigurate there is a monastery within there is one of the oldest small churches which dates back to 11th century (40 meters from the apartment). Main Street Stradun is just 70 meters away at the bottom of the street Od sigurate. Franciscan Monastery, Sponza palace, Orlando statue, St. Blaise's Church, Rector's Palace.
