Welcome to the Gregoire Farm. Our home is a recently remodeled split level located on our family farm. It has 3 bedrooms and two baths as well a sofa bed. Park your car in our two car garage. Great place for a larger group to have plenty of room. A little ways off the beaten path but worth a little extra drive. 15 min drive to Vermillion, 20 min drive to Yankton and 35 minutes to Sioux Falls. This cabin offers a breath of fresh air. Inside, you’ll find a rustic bedroom and a full bathroom stocked with all the essentials. The fully equipped kitchen lets you cook your favorite meals, while the cozy living and dining area—complete with a fold-out futon—provides extra space for guests or family. Roast marshmallows at the fire pit, grill on the barbecue and share a meal under the open sky. At sunrise, there’s no better spot than the patio watching deer wander through the morning mist.

Delightful and Peaceful 1-Bedroom Farm Cabin

Get away from the busyness of life and relax in this peaceful farm cabin under the stars. The cabin features a full kitchen and dining area, along with access to an outdoor patio equipped with a grill, picnic table, and pergola. Inside, you’ll find a cozy living area with a loveseat and a 50” TV perfect for snuggling up and watching your favorite movie. Dewalds Country Inn

Located in a small town. Town has a grocery store, gas station, Bar and Grill , Vet clinic, car repair shop, Chiroprator, and Post Office. The house has two bedrooms and everything is furnished, bedding, towels, all kitchen appliances , dishes and silverware, cleaning supplies, and a washer /dryer. Has 2 TVs - living room/kitchen, both Roku. Hunters are welcome along with their dogs, ( we ask you clean up after them) Anyone with a pet must also include a $25.00 pet fee when they book .

River View Escape

Enjoy your stay with family or friends in this river view, peaceful cottage. If you’re lucky, you may catch a view of a Bald Eagle soaring down the river. Our place has a long driveway with plenty of room for trailers. The marina with a boat dock to the Missouri River is a short, few blocks away. There is an outside RV electrical hookup. The RV dump station is a few blocks away. Our family lived in this home for almost 10 years and now we are excited to share it with you!

Get away from it all when you stay in this unique barn in the country. Lots of room for family get togethers with wide open spaces. Living space is located at the top of the barn with open space and bathroom on main level. Also a cozy loft with king size bed. We have a fire pit to enjoy beautiful South Dakota evenings as well has ping pong and corn-hole. Please be aware that there are 30 stairs to the living quarters. There are several public hunting/fishing areas nearby.

The land includes lakes where hunting could be arranged and there are many local CRP acres in the area as well. Located on a paved road 1.25 miles from Lesterville, SD. Local area: 25 miles from Yankton, SD, 20 miles to Lewis and Clark Lake, 50 miles to Pickstown, SD. Enjoy the piece and quiet after a long day on the lake or hunting.

Kinsmen Lodge

Kinsmen lodge is located on the outskirts of Niobrara within view of the mighty Missouri River. We have a cabin duplex with each side a roomy 1000 square feet that can accommodate up to 6 guests. The Copper Lodge

River front property with plenty of parking! The copper lodge is located at 41059 main rd Springfield, SD 57062. The lodge consists of 900 sq ft living quarters with 1 King and 6- twin xl beds. A concrete patio for grilling and entertaining. There is a fire pit that guests are able to use. If you enjoy fishing, hunting, and boating, then you would be coming to the right place. The public boat dock is nearby.
