My house is located in Pragmatefti, a village between Leonidio and Tyros. It is built in a quiet location, but with easy access especially by car, for which free parking is provided. The hand-carved stone from which is built the house will immediately attract your attention, giving the impression of an imposing building. Beautiful Greek natural stone house in the municipality of Livadi near Leonidio. Only 5-10 minutes to the climbing areas. by car 3-5 minutes to the beach of Livadi. By foot 12 minutes. Quiet location with a great view from the in-house pool of the olive groves and mountain landscape. The house has a kitchen and a large room with a dining table, a double bed and a single bed. A small shower room. Large terrace and pool with plenty of sun loungers.
