Your cottage is fully self-contained with full cooking facilities, but only a short distance from the main residence if you need any assistance. We have parking for a vehicle and trailer or truck Enjoy a BBQ or glass of wine under the grapevine shaded verandah, or on cooler nights enjoy watching the flames in the fire pit and see the stars light up the sky.

Purpose built as a gallery and tea rooms, the cottage has been converted into spacious, open living accommodation. The cottage boasts a large private outdoor paved area with fire pit and bbq. Close to town and walking distance to golf course. Off street parking for two vehicles. Perfect retreat for couples. *STR tax does not apply

The Cottage consists of 2 large bedrooms, lounge featuring a log gas fire and fully renovated kitchen, featuring the old combustion stove. Relax in this cosy guest house with spacious surrounds. The guest house is close to the main house but with private outlook and places to explore along the seasonal creek and open paddocks . Close to Euroa There is a kitchenette with small bar fridge and microwave. PLEASE DO NOT USE PORTABLE COOKING DEVICES IN THE GUEST HOUSE for safety reasons. BBQ facilities and campfire pit are available in front of the guest house however fire pit not available from November due to fire restrictions

The Hut is a great little Studio Cabin set less than 60 metres from a quiet stretch of the Murray River. Just 10 minutes drive from Mathoura, 40 minutes to the bustling tourist hubs of Echuca/Moama, 30 minutes to the Ute Muster Capital, Deniliquin and 2 kms from the amazing Timbercutter cafe bar function venue. The Hut is surrounded by nature, expect kangaroos and birdlife at your door.

Constructed in 2021 using some materials recovered from the original 1885 house it has a large open plan living area, balcony and alfresco, backyard and front yard space (sorry no pets). Opposite rail line and close to local businesses the Rockery and Longwood Community Centre, local wineries Mitchellton, Tabilk, RPL, Fowle’s, Hide and Seek and Maygars.
