Top of the Hill House - view the silo art trail!

'Top of the Hill House' is a 120-year-old rural farm cottage situated on our hobby farm at the top of a hill in Goorambat, surrounded by stunning views of the mountains, just 15 minutes' drive from Benalla. This rustic cottage has retained many of its original features, is clean and comfortable, and faces east so that you can see the superb sunrises. It is a perfect rural retreat for couples, families or small groups...and we also have a pool you can use in summer! We have solar panels too.

The Moyhu Lions Club Market is held the third Saturday of every month. Moyhu is centrally located to all the major wineries Pizzinis, Chrismont Delzottos, Brown Brothers are all a short drive away. Enjoying total seclusion, it is in easy reach of the King Valley wineries (17km), Milawa gourmet region (19km), historic Beechworth (37Km) and much more. Totally surrounded by vineyards and farmland, this is a newly renovated farmhouse house with all new appliances. With accommodation for 8 it is ideally suited for two families, multigeneration groups or just girls weekend away.

A place to relax, situated on a 5 acre property with lots of space for parking. Our home is adjacent to this accommodation, we are not tolerant of drugs and parties. Minimum 2 night stay. 20A outlet for EV charging. Hot Tub / Spa for relaxing and soaking out the pains of a long drive. North east Vic has a plethora of things to see and do, no matter your taste. We have lived in this region all of our lives and are happy to help out with any queries.

This separate, brand-new studio apartment on my property offers private accommodation. It is designed for 2 guests. The bathroom is spacious and self-contained. The kitchen is equipped with tea/coffee-making facilities and essentials like a microwave, crockery, cutlery, and a mini fridge. Wifi and TV are available. Enjoy a cozy outdoor area. Cleanliness is a priority, and the minimalist approach ensures no clutter.

The Old Butcher's House Benalla - Cottage Charm

Step through the ornate stained glass door and soak up the period charm of a self-contained oasis built in 1887. The blend of original features and modern styling includes 12-foot cedar ceilings, Murray pine floors, lead light windows, and original fireplaces. (The fireplaces are not functional and are for decor purposes only. (Split air conditioners and Hydronic heating keep you at your desired temperature).

Moyhu Sunset Vista

Moyhu is located in the King Valley and situated ideally between Milawa and Whitfield which allows easy access to both these renowned wine producing areas. This peaceful accommodation is a 10 minute walk to Moyhu hotel and cafe and a short drive to many wineries and restaurants in the area. It is part of our home but private with your own access and fully enclosed outdoor area .
