This log home is surrounded by a working cattle ranch. The area is peaceful with total privacy. Incredible view of Devils Tower from all areas of the home. Outdoor activities include hiking, snowshoeing, sledding and only five minutes from Devils Tower. Wildlife and livestock can be seen around the property. Warm up by the wood stove on cold days and enjoy dinners on the deck during warm days. All pets must be approved by host before your stay, failure to do so will result in loss of deposit.

Looking to get away from it all? This cozy log cabin sits alone on a rise overlooking fields of sunflowers, where the deer & antelope graze and Kara Creek runs lazily through the valley. Guests are welcome to hike, fish Kara Creek, or fish the 11 acre pond stocked with trout (many over 20 inches) and large mouth bass. Get away to nature (with style and a unique stay)....goulay. not for non-outdoorsy as there is only a half bathroom outhouse, no running water (you get to port it in, great spring pump at nearby Englewood trail-head on Mickelson and running stream for a dip at bottom of hill), no electricity, and a great little wood stove. Relax with friends and family in this quiet Pine Haven getaway with 2 bedrooms, 3/4 bath & 1/2 bath, laundry, well-stocked kitchen including coffee, tea and hot cocoa. Large dining/living rooms comfortably seat 6, with shady patio area for your enjoyment. There are 4 total beds, the Wolf Den has one queen; the Bears Den has one queen bed and two twin XL beds. When not out swimming, hiking, fishing or boating at the lake, enjoy playing air hockey, board or card games, or watching TV.
