Many of Budapest's wonderful thermal baths and swimming pools are nearby and so is the Margaret island and the ancient Roman part of Buda (Aquincum). The Sziget festival is a 15 minutes .

This small apartment is located in Óbuda, in green zone of Budapest, with easy and convenient access (20 min.) to the Center by bus or HÉV (green local railway), which stations are in the near. Bus line (number 106 or 34), local railway line (number H5). And there is a night service too (number 923). I will share my customized Google Map with you, which I’ve created for the apartment. Az utca kellemes, egy sétányban folytatódik, ami kivezet a közeli Duna partra. A lakás első emeleten van, az ablaka a ház belseje felé nyílik, nem hallatszik be utcazaj. Kellemes, nyugodt hely, ahonnan könnyen és gyorsan elérhetőek a város kedvelt részei és folyóparton sétálni, parkba menni, kirándulni is egyszerű innen.

Zsíroshegyi Vendégház II- New luxurious wooden cottage in a huge private garden, perfect for relaxation! On the ground floor: living room with open kitchen, dining table and a sofa which opens into a double bed. The bathroom is also on this floor with a shower and a washing machine. The bedroom with a double bed is on the first floor. There is a (gas) fireplace, an air-conditioning and floor heating in the house. Tourist tax: 300 HUF/day/person (must be payed upon arrival)

On the 1st floor of the building there is a separate 40 sq. two-roomed apartment with a private terrace( Please read the houserules in this connection).
