With its location in MidCity between La Brea, Washington, West St and the 10 Freeway, selected specifically to be central and within easy reach of the whole of Los Angeles. In January of this year, wildfires burned about 12 houses immediately south of our house. While Malibu is in a period of rebuilding, there are some inconveniences as a result, but it also provides seclusion for our property. Check tide charts for your dates so you know when low tide is. Our beach is accessible at low tide.
