Our Vintage Garden Studio Apartment, suitable for two people, is sunny, nicely furnished, fully equipped, with a large terrace lounge and a BBQ. Our guests have free use of bathroom essentials, towels,a hair dryer, an electric cooker, a kettle, a toaster and a lot of other smaller and bigger things that’ll contribute to make their holiday unique and memorable. The apartment is located at about 2 km from the city centre and about 4 km from the sea and beaches. It has free parking and free Wi-Fi.

Our home is located halfway between Pula and Kamenjak i.e. 6 km distance to both so having the car is highly recommended! A fine choice to explore local area all year round this fully equipped and uniquely designed apartment on the first floor is located 10-15 min walk to the seashore. You'll have a nice balcony with a front yard view, self check-in/out possibility, STANDARD SIZE CAR PARKING, AC cooling/heating, fiber optic Wi-Fi, linen and washing machine. The nearest beach distes 1km and market too. You can reach amazing beaches in 5 -8 min by car and the old Pula city centar in 5 min. The apartment is very new. Come and enjoy :)

The apartment has two floors, with an area of 54 m2. On the main floor there is a living room with the kitchen in the same big space, a bathroom and a charming balcony . Up the stairs, you'll find a romantic bedroom with a small seating area. We are pet friendly and accept one pet free of charge, but will charge a fee of 5€ per day for each additional pet over the first.
