Guests have exclusive use of the entire house, with a large yard and walkout patio perfect for enjoying your morning coffee, evening drinks, and waving to golfers passing by.

Welcome to your one-of-a-kind, historic experience located in the countryside just 1 mile east of Springfield city limits. You will experience our finely furnished family home with modern technology & conveniences, originally the one-room North Round Prairie country school from 1875 to 1945. Deluxe features include nature trails, wildflowers, sitting areas, full garage access, and a working cattle farm provide a one-of-a-kind, quality experience. A 3rd bedroom suite upstairs was added in '22!

The apartment is centrally located and allows easy access to everything Springfield has to offer. Two large bedrooms with queen beds and a large living room. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the essentials. We can easily accommodate six guests with a queen-sized air mattress. We also have a pack-n-play available for little guests. Wi-Fi, smart TV, off-street parking and a front porch with Edison lights & a porch swing. We are confident you will enjoy your stay. * NO PARTIES ALLOWED *

Audrey’s Abode is just the place you have been looking for to relax and reconnect with family, friends, nature and a simpler time. Located on a 7 acre hobby farm just south of Jacksonville, Illinois (30 minutes west of Springfield), Audrey’s Abode is a fully restored historic log cabin with all the modern amenities for a comfortable getaway. We invite you to stay at Hidden Ridge, a private wooded hideaway located at Otter Lake, Girard, Illinois, for an authentic camping experience. A 14 x 16 wall tent with a queen size bed and separate bathroom facility with an area for outdoor cooking is provided. There is plenty of space for additional tents, cots or air mattresses.
