All rooms are furnished to excellent standard, in an elegant country style with original beds. House contains 3 bedrooms and each has a bathroom with shower. Casa Ava is an original stone Istrian house. It is situated 12 km from Porec where the nearest beaches are. Stifanici is a small authentic village easily accessible . Truffle area in Motovun and Groznjan are a short drive away as well as many vineries. Porec is also famous for entertainment,there are always music or sport events throughout summer. Marked bike routes are just at your doorstep. The floor heating and radiators have just been installed so it is very warm in the winter.
