Several footpaths are nearby, leading to pubs, gardens, and a hotel with a new spa. Nearby Horsham offers everything to be expected from a pretty English market town. Brighton is 20 minutes by car. Since the property is in rural Sussex, it is best to have a car at one’s disposal. However, short distances to venues such as Leonardslee and South Lodge can easily be reached on foot or by a 5-minute taxi ride.

Ideally situated to explore West Sussex we are close to Petworth, Parham House, Arundel and the South Downs National Park. The Studio is independent of the main property and has its own parking space.

Ideal for walkers and cyclists, the village has an award winning real ale pub with great food, a village shop and an Indian restaurant. There are nature reserves and stunning walks and only 15 minutes from Gatwick, access to the airport couldn’t be easier. The historic towns of Dorking and Reigate are a short drive away and have a great range of shops, restaurants and antique shops.

The Little Annex

The best things come in small packages.....our cosy annex is part of our home, but is completely private and self-contained with its own entrance. "The Little Annex" is completely self-contained with private access, a kitchenette, work space, double (4' 6") bed, en-suite shower room (with modern digital shower), fast wifi, and driveway parking. Easy access to local amenities including Horsham and Littlehaven stations, and local bus routes. We look forward to welcoming you.

A luxurious, comfortable cabin under a mature oak tree at the bottom of a country garden. Wake up to wildlife on the terrace, watch the sunset by the fire, and fall asleep under star filled skies. Enjoy the BBQ or walk across the road to the cosy pub with fantastic food. Perfect for a romantic stay for two, or up to four guests with the very comfortable sofa bed. The Annex

The Annex is attached to our home and has its own private entrance and shared back garden. There is a separate shower and toilet. The kitchenette has a fridge ,2 plate induction hob and a combination microwave . It is situated with in a mile from Horsham main train station. Gatwick airport is 20 min train ride .London Victoria is 1 hour 10 by train. Horsham is a picturesque town with lots to do. It has a farmers market, plenty of shops and restaurants.
