You won’t forget the peaceful surroundings of this rustic destination. This cozy get away will take you back in time, but with all the comforts and amenities of modern lifestyles. You will not believe you are just 10 minutes from downtown Peoria & 7 minutes from Par-A-Dice Casino. The Barn Loft is a quiet retreat. The space has a private bathroom and kitchen. The driveway is spacious, but shared. Guest parking is clearly marked. There is a fire pit out back that guests are welcome to use.

My goal was to create a space that has a great location but heightens every one of your creative senses. In this one think "New York Boho high rise on the water". I have used local artists for a creative cozy retreat. We sleep 4 comfortably with 1 King bed upper and a queen bed lower.. 2 full bathrooms, hot tub on the water, fire pit, grill, kayaks, paddle boat..all you need for a great getaway. Access to the water. 5 min. from great restaurants and shopping in Peoria Heights. 1 dog only.

In the heart of Morton, our house is perfectly situated to walk downtown to grab coffee or dinner at several restaurants nearby. Enjoy relaxing on the front porch, play basketball, do some shopping downtown or have the grandkids play in the park across the street. The house, built in 1937, has been completely renovated but retains much of the charm and character of a Morton bungalow. You will have the full main and lower level at your disposal. The upper apartment is rented by the year.

Hello friends! My name is Heather. I have a golden doodle , Piper, hence the name of this abode here:). It’s been a dream of mine for years as I love people & love to pamper them. (Piper loves people just as much as myself..☺️) My 2-story home is built right around 1900 . They will have the entire upstairs. The bedroom consists of 1 queen bed, full bathroom, walk in closet. There is a sitting room with a futon, and coffee bar which is equipped with a fridge, microwave, & kuerig.

Efficiency kitchen with open living space including an island with seating for four plus a dining table for six. This apartment has two spacious bedrooms one with a twin bed and full size bed and the other with a queen sized bed. There is a pull out sofa in the living room. The newly renovated bathroom has a double vanity.
