You can reach the lift, ski school and ski rental on skis or on foot! Directly from the chalet you can go on fantastic hikes or ski tours! Our Landshütt is situated at 1,550 metres directly next to a ski area, hiking and cycling trails. In the centre of a hut village on Klippitztörl. On 3 floors there are 3 bedrooms with 5 beds, 3 bathrooms and a large living/dining/cooking area. There is a variable games table (billiards and table tennis) in the party cellar, including a bar. In the large children's room there are many game options available. Smart TV incl WLAN per floor and a spacious sauna. Carport and storage room outside.

Das Haus am See, mein persönlicher Lebenstraum. Aber zu groß, um ihn allein zu nutzen. Abseits des Massentourismus mitten in den Bergen, direkt am See inmitten von Wäldern. Im und rund um das Haus alles sehr großzügig für Mensch und Tier. Uns persönlich sehr wichtig. Neben zwei Grill-/Feuerplätzen, dem eigenen Steg, Sitzsäcken und Gartenschaukeln, Ruderboot, SUP und Gartenhütte ("Villa Seen-Sucht") können unsere Gäste alles nutzen...so macht es für uns alle mehr Spaß. Ein besonderer Platz!
