This is a suite inside our home with a private entrance. Includes a spacious bedroom, reading nook, bathroom, huge closet, and “kitchenette” set-up. Stylish, spacious, and peaceful. Soothing colors, so comfortable, and lots of extras. Our “mini farm” is located on over an acre in a quiet bedroom community. Beautiful views of our small orchard, garden, and the mountains. We are just up the road from Historic Downtown Ogden, only 5 min from iFly Utah, 5 min from Weber State University, 15 min from Hill Air Force Base and the Northrop facilities. Close to many hiking and biking trails, as well as lakes and reservoirs. If you love skiing as much as we do you can get to 12 ski resorts in under 1.5 hours with the closest being only 30 min away. Welcome to my duplex I have named Warm and Friendly. The bedroom upstairs has a king bed, and the larger room downstairs also has a king bed. There is a bonus room I call the nook in the basement and it has a queen bed. The kitchen has full sized appliances with a table that will seat 4. There are lots of pillows and blankets. The loveseat in living room has a pull-out bed for a smaller person.
