Our 420sqft 1 bedroom tiny home can host up to 3 guests, includes 1 queen bed, 1 sleeper sofa, 1 queen air mattress. The interior of the home features a fully stocked kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom. Welcome to our Tropical Vacation Home! 🌴☀️ We’ve called Oregon - Washington home for the past 18 years, but our hearts belong to warm sand, salty air, and breezy beach days which is what brought us to beautiful Melbourne! We’re so excited to share our little tropical getaway with you and hope it feels like home the moment you arrive. Casa Cottonwood

Casa Cottonwood is a Charming private guest house set in the quiet neighborhood of June Park. This cozy home away from home is Perfect for anyone looking to explore everything that Florida has to offer! 15 mins from the popular 5th Ave Boardwalk beach 10 min from historic Downtown Melbourne village with boutique stores, craft beers/ food, treats and eclectic art shops. Close to amazing parks, hiking trails, airboat tours, manatee sightseeing & much more! The I-95 on-ramp is 3 mins away

Downtown Melbourne Bungalow

Make yourself at home in our updated 1930's bungalow. Located just a few blocks walk from all the shops & restaurants in downtown Melbourne. You'll only have a 5 minute drive to the beach! House has 2 bedrooms - 1 queen bed and 2 twins. There is a large fenced backyard for you to enjoy. We are also right across the street from the library which has a small walking path filled with all types of birds. We do allow 1 dog with a $100 pet fee. Dogs must be crated when left alone in the house.

LILO’s Dream House

Step into this newly renovated house flooded with natural sunlight, featuring 2 bedrooms connected by a full bathroom with tub. Polished terrazzo floors and minimal furnishings embody a modern, minimalist style. Our 5 star reputation is evident with the cleaning throughout. The spacious backyard, though not fully fenced, is equipped with security lights in this safe and tranquil neighborhood. Lilo House provides just a short walking stroll to Melbourne Mall, restaurants and cafes.

Poolside Paradise

Take it easy at this poolside resort getaway. Relax on your very own porch w/2 roll down screens. Enjoy outdoor gazebo w/propane fire pit and grill gazebo w/grill & tools (in kitchen). You have access to our pool / floats under side table on porch, (we normally don’t use the pool w/guests), towel/clothes hanger, lay on 1 of 3 loungers. Use of outdoor shower. Possibly you can also watch a space launch (weather permitted) coming over the trees looking north, poolside. No kids! No pets!

Studio (not a full house) w/Private Entrance. Walk-in closet, shower, microwave, mini refrig, Keurig coffee maker, water, teas to choose from. BIG 60 inch SMART TV with Netflix, Primetime, Roko. Comfy memory foam queen size bed for a great nights sleep in a tranquil space. This is a one bedroom studio. Centrally located. 2 minutes to the historic district, shopping, F.I.T., 12 minutes to the beach. I love it and you’ll love it too! One hour away from major attractions.

The Mini Melby

Located in a quiet neighborhood on the Space Coast and less than 7 miles to the Indian River and the area's most popular beaches. It may be tiny, but it still boasts amenities that you normally get with a full size rental. These include a full size kitchen and bathroom along with two lofts for a restful night sleep. While it does share the same property with the host, its location provides full privacy and use of the pool and patio.

This is truly your home away from home. Whether you are here for a few days on business, or on a family vacation, this house is sure to fit your needs. We thought we could spend more time here than we are which is bad for us, but great for you. Conveniently located just minutes from I95, a short 7.5 mile drive to Indiatlantic Beach, and less than 5 miles from the Indian River. Plenty of nearby shopping and fun restaurants.
