There is a lounge room with a big kitchen and dining area with a gas heater. The bathroom has both bath and shower. All bedrooms have ducked heating. As smell and noise may effected another apartment. So the policies: No smoke, no pet, no party, no cooking with strong smell food such as fried chili or curry food.
