Jägerhaus - Mountain Lodge on Private Estate

We've hosted lovely folks from all over the world since 2017 in our family home--and now, we embark on a renovation journey. Changes for 2/1/26 + New sleeping arrangement; double-bunk bed replaced with 1 King bed + House capacity changes from 10 to 8 + Upgrading living room sofas and chairs + Repainting 3 rooms This is just the start of a broader vision we expect to complete by 2028. Relax & unwind at the Peaceful Studio. Located in the quaint town of Whitewood in the beautiful Black Hills of South Dakota. The studio has a queen size bed, twin sofa sleeper, full bathroom, large closet, dining area, kitchen and patio. Basic toiletries & cookware are provided. A smart TV has Netflix, Hulu and Disney Plus. Located within walking distance from the historic Bullwacker’s Saloon & Steakhouse and Oak Park, where you can spot wildlife including deer or turkey, and hike an easy trail.

Quiet private bedroom and kitchenette isolated from the main house with common use sun room between. Rural setting off Hwy 44 just minutes from Rapid City Airport. Tesla 11kw destination charging outlet in your garage bay directly accessible from the suite. Starlink 150mbps internet. Pet friendly to friendly pets with pet door from the suite out to the fenced back yard & patio isolated from our dog & cat. Private bath has in-floor heat and endless hot water with continuous flow water heater.

Harley Court Loft

Cozy loft in the Lead, SD. Moments from downtown, but secluded. Minutes to outdoor activities, skiing, snowshoeing, hiking, biking, or snowmobiling. Winter months, all wheel / 4 wheel drive vehicle is a must!! Close to restaurants, brew pub, and night life!! Kitchenette: microwave, coffee maker, toaster, hot plate, (with pans), and small frig. The loft has electric heat and portable AC. There are 18 steps to get to the loft, for two people. Not kid proof. No pets accepted.

Guest Suite with Beautiful Views and Hot Tub

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located guest suite. Located half a mile from downtown, this unit has it all! Enjoy your coffee with a view of the incredible Black Hills and the winding Spearfish Creek below. This guest unit overlooks the Spearfish city park campground and recreation paths. This guest suite is the lower level of our home and has no shared indoor spaces. Outside you’ll be greeted with beautiful views and a shared hot tub for an unmatched in town experience.

Entire Home in the Black Hills

The newly built Little House in the Hills is located on 5 acres and only 1 mile outside of Deadwood, SD. This is the perfect location to access hiking, biking, scenic drives, and tourist attractions. **As we head into the winter months we want you to know that the Black Hills can receive significant snowfall. Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. Located 1 mile from Deadwood, South Dakota in the Black Hills. Aces and Eights is a studio style cabin set for that perfect getaway. Grab a cab to town or order a pizza right to your doorstep. This lodge is adjoining with a second similar cabin called Dakota Lodge. Each side has its own deck, hot tub, space. This cabin is set up in perfect historic, rustic Deadwood Style.
