This wonderful barn conversion boasts great views indoors and out, thanks to its huge picture windows and French doors which open onto its pretty garden and patio. Poppy’s Farmhouse is detached and set in the grounds of a large country house. Down its own private lane and tucked away this is a quiet, beautiful, hidden away escape. The house has underfloor heating, woodburner, Egypian cotton linen, range cooker, full WiFi and access to wonderful walks from the front door. You will be welcome to enjoy some of the main house’s incredible gardens which in turn access public footpaths which lead into forests. Exeter city centre is only 15 mins away.

The house is situated beside the North Devon Tarka Trail and has outstanding views of The River Taw and just 5 miles from lovely Sandy Beaches. IMPORTANT INFORMATION Our Villa is not a party venue! Our little chalet is located 3 miles away from the quaint seaside town of Bude. The holiday village is situated to look onto the scenic landscape of Widemouth Bay and easy access to stunning coastal walks. The chalet is a cosy 2 bedroomed self catering holiday hideaway with open living space and bathroom with central heating throughout. The complex itself has ample car parking, onsite amenities open April - November, outdoor children's play area and access to a path to the beach.

North Hill Cottages are just 10 minutes from Barnstaple but you will feel as if you are in the middle of nowhere. Sat on top of ....North Hill, Ivy is one of 9 cottages created from traditional stone farm buildings in a beautiful tranquil spot with space to roam. North hill is ideally situated to explore the west and north coasts as well as Exmoor and after all that we have an indoor swimming pool, hot tub, sauna, tennis court and games room to help you relax and unwind.

We hope its a perfect place to rest those sandy feet and unwind after a full day of sea air.
