Just a few blocks away, you'll find the historic charm of downtown, we are next to the M&M Center ice rink and city trail system.

Our luxurious condo is on Main Street in the heart of Downtown Bozeman, right next to Lindley Park. Facing south, we often have beautiful sunlight streaming in through our windows. Walk anywhere downtown within minutes. Ale Works and the Cider House are a couple of blocks away. It's sixteen miles to skiing at the Bridgers. We're just off the highway if you're heading Yellowstone or coming from the airport. Or you can just relax right here, in our spacious place, away from the hubbub on Main.

Welcome to the historic 1908 Grabow Hotel building (John D. Rockefeller stayed here), in downtown Livingston, MT, the original 1880s rail gateway to Yellowstone, the first national park in the world. Close by are a museum, shops, restaurants, night life, galleries, and more. The Grabow is just under an hour from the Park's north entrance via the stunning Paradise Valley, open all year. Plus nearby Chico Hot Springs, and winter wonderland Bridger Bowl's downhill and cross country skiing !

We are located close to downtown and the University for a convenient stay. Nestled in the heart of Bozeman, walking distance to restaurants, shops, etc. Hop on the Galligator Trail for a walk around town or over to Bobcat Stadium for a game! Go Cats! We charge $30/pet. If more than one pet is staying, additional charges will be requested.

The property is a great fit for extended work stays, a place to stay for the weekend while attending events at the arena, or a quiet place to get away while visiting family.
