From your front door you can access nature in minutes from cross country ski and hiking trails, to a vibrant wetland nearby. If exploration of the city is more your thing, you are less than a 10 minute drive from the heart of downtown Whitehorse, shops, nightlife and the Yukon experience. This 2 bed, 1 bathroom unit is newly built in 2019 and ready for you!

Kick back and relax in this stylish, peaceful space. Located 15 minutes from town, the suite is one bedroom, one bathroom built in 2023. The bedroom has a loft bed above the queen bed. The 3.7 acre property backs on to endless green space and trails. The suite contains a 400 sqft upper deck that has beautiful mountain views and can be great for northern lights viewing. The deck has patio furniture and a propane fireplace. Next to the rental suite is a log home that the property owners live in.

Welcome to our Lake View Cabin! Overseeing the beautiful Marsh Lake this super cozy cabin could be your home base for hiking, biking, horse back riding, ect. Or a vacation home for the whole family. Check in times between 5pm and 10pm, check out time is till 11am. A late check out fee will apply after 11am.
