Unsere Ferienwohnung für 2-3Personen mit dem Blick auf das Kitzsteinhorn liegt in einer ruhigen Lage, 100 m vom Zeller See mit privatem Grundstück. Die Wohnung besteht aus einem Zimmer, einem Flur und einem Bad mit Badewanne. Das Wohnzimmer wird sowohl auch als Schlafzimmer genutzt. Dort befindet sich ein gemütliches Sofa und einem Doppelbett. Die separate Küche ist komplett eingerichtet. Zu der Wohnung gehört auch ein großer Balkon mit einem schönen Blick auf die Berge und den See.

The apartment offers a bedroom, a living room, kitchen, bathroom, a private infrared sauna and a covered balcony with a view of the surrounding mountains.

Het appartement heeft een keuken met zithoek en ruime slaapkamer met twee boxspringbedden en een stapelbed. Vanuit de hal kom je bij de badkamer met douche en een apart toilet. Onder het huis is een ruime skikelder met skischoen-drogers en de sauna en zomers kunnen hier de fietsen worden gestald. Rondom het huis bevinden zich voldoende parkeerplaatsen.

Apartment Holiday Lungötz is located in Salzburg Tennengau, in the Dachstein West ski region, a region appreciated by tourists both in winter and summer. 200m from the apartment we have the Neubachtalloipe cross-country skiing track in Lungötz, 10 km long and illuminated at night. 5 minutes by car is the Dachstein West ski lift, with 170 km of fantastically groomed slopes and 70 modern lifts.

The 1-room apartment Silberdistel with mountain view offers on 18 m² a living/bedroom with integrated dining area and fully equipped kitchenette. It is equipped with a single bed and a pull-out sofa bed with footboard as well as a bathroom with shower, WC & hairdryer. The vacation apartment with mountain view is located on the 1st floor of the Rosenhof. The apartment has no balcony.
