You will be renting a private bedroom plus a shared bathroom in a single family home located on a peaceful and quiet three acre lot, surrounded by nature. Please note that we do not offer kitchen facilities or a formal dining area. However, we allow guests use of our shared by all sunroom, which has a small fridge, microwave, coffee machine, seating and a TV, but please be aware that our pets (cats and birds) have access to this shared room (but never to the guest areas).

My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. We are close to NYC,about 30 miles away. A quiet neighborhood. Our yard has wooded trees and garden. A nice deck to sit out on if you want. Close to Wegmans shopping plaza and many surrounding restaurants. A great location and ideal toran for cycling. We are about a half hour away to Woodbury commons premium outlets. Lyndhurst mansion over in Tarrytown .

This spacious and serene space has an attached garage. Street parking is allowed until October 15, 2025. You may also park in the attached garage as best you can. Up to you. Set the heat or AC, watch TV, nuke a meal, do some laundry, and there's a small office to gather your thoughts. There's high speed WI-FI and your own private entrance through your garage to come and go as you please.
