Artepalermo is a Bed and Breakfast apartment in the heart of the historic centre of Palermo on the top floor of an old, renovated house, without lift and surrounded by lanes, churches, markets, washing, squares and terraces. You will live in the house of an artist and you can visit her studio. Your room is more than 25 square metres, it has a double and a single bed, a sofa, a bureau and a balcony. There is also a shared sitting room, a shared dining room, a roof terrace, another atmospheric little terrace and a kitchen where guests can also cook. You will have a private bathroom, but it is not in the room itself. The furniture and the style of the apartment are basic with an artistic touch. It Is not luxurious! There is free quick unlimited internet( fibre). As we are really in the heart of the centre you can walk within a few minutes to the food markets, supermarkets, flea markets, shops, restaurants, musea, port and parcs. It is less than 5 minutes walking to the sea! The train station is at 10 minutes walking. In case you come by car (but you don't need it to visit Palermo) : you cannot go into the old centre without a special pass ( the ZTL). But you can park on the Foro Italico (near Porta Felice is the nearest). If somebody asks you money, give him maximum 1 or 2 euros. We are a Dutch woman, a Tunisian man and a Sicilian dog. We speak English, Italian, French, German, Spanish, Portuguese, Dutch and Arabic

"Casa Zyz rooms and suites", 3* guest house at the 2nd floor of an ancient building with attention to the smallest details, 3 rooms with private bathroom (I Mori, La Pigna and La Trinacria) and a common area for an excellent breakfast. We are within walking distance of the city's most interesting cultural attractions in the ancient Kalsa district. A stone's throw from the enchanting seafront of Trapani, you will enjoy both the sea in the morning and one of the most beautiful sunsets in the evening. You can easily reach the cableway to Erice and the harbor to embark towards the Egadi islands, accessible by public transport but I will also be happy to drive you. Breakfast, baked by me, is included. The neighborhood offers every kind of service: supermarket, bar, bakery, newsstand, etc.

Il b&b, di recente ristrutturazione, si trova al centro di Calatafimi Segesta, vicino bar, ristoranti, supermercati e diverse attività commerciali. Dista 5 km dal tempio di Segesta, 15 dalle spiagge di Castellammare del Golfo e 28 dalla riserva dello zingaro. A 45 km è possibile raggiungere le splendide saline di Marsala e a 42 km la città di Erice. Inoltre, gli aeroporti di Palermo e Trapani sono equidistanti, a circa 35 km di distanza.

The Oriental Fumoir at Ballarò Market

I live in the most lively and popular part of the historical centre of Palermo, exactly at the beginning of the famous Ballartò Market, in a large flat with a fumoir with oriental decorations from the early decades of the 20th century. It is not a B&B, nor a hotel, it is a real house where I live and where I welcome my guests like old friends with whom I share a love for art, travel and the diversity of cultures.

Nostrale, nuovo BnB realizzato nella primavera 2022, nasce a Palermo, all’interno dell’antico mandamento Tribunali, o ancor più noto come quartiere Kalsa. Ci troviamo in via Pisa, 6, al primo piano di palazzo Prestana, a pochi passi dalla Stazione Centrale e prospiciente la via Roma: la “Strada Nuova del ‘900”.
