Newly installed gas fireplace in 2022 will keep extra warmth and heat through cool evenings. As mentioned below, wifi is weak on a phone , good on a tablet. But it’s a spot to not be on devices. If you need major research or downloads, come up the driveway and it gets stronger. Local cafes have WiFi too

Although this is a small cottage it has a fully equipped kitchenette, one bathroom, one double bed and a fold out couch, There is also a semi private patio for your use. Short walk or bike into town. Port Hardy is the town with the closest access to Holberg and Cape Scott. 15 min drive to Storey’s Beach. 1.5 hr drive to the Cape Scott/San Josef Bay trail head. Note: this is the home to two cats which will not be in the space during your stay. They live in the basement suite.

North Island Getaway

This beautiful cottage is situated less than 5 minutes from town with a north facing unobstructed ocean view. Walking distance to the ocean. Permanent residents will welcome you on the property at time of check. Wifi available, in-suite washer and dryer, private parking and RV hookup. This cottage can stay up to 5 guests. The cottage is entirely on its own and not attached to any other dwellings, as seen in the pictures. The rental is of the entire dwelling.
