Kate's Cottage - Rosyth Farm

Located just 6 km from the Armidale town boundary, this two room cottage has its own kitchen and bedroom as well as a two BBQ areas. Adjoining the cottage, there is a fire pit, gas BBQ and cast iron cooking equipment. The Garden Shed

This new, fully self-contained granny flat is clean and spacious, and centrally located - 10 to 15 minute walk to town centre and 3.5 km from the UNE. Shared backyard and garden with the owner-occupied main house, you can feel free to help yourself to the vege patch. After two busy years, and lovely, consistent guest feedback, I'm making a small rate adjustment to keep things in line with the market. Note - security cameras are external only
