Eclectic three level water view cottage in unique wooded location overlooking beautiful Mill Creek. Minutes from downtown Annapolis and the US Naval Academy; walk to Cantler’s Riverside Inn for crabs, convenient to US 50 and the Bay Bridge and Eastern Shore. Due to the stairs and loft, this accommodation may not be appropriate for toddlers and the mobility challenged Parties are not permitted. Please note that there is no water access on the property, but there is nearby public water access.

No stairs to negotiate while carrying luggage! 15 min. walk to Weems Creek with scenic, serene waterviews and a few more minutes walk to popular Bean Rush Cafe.

Home away from home

This is a small house with private parking close to Baltimore and Annapolis. I have one queen size Murphy bed, one single pull out couch. It has an updated kitchen, updated bathroom, walk-in closet, Internet and heating and cooling. I also have a pellet stove. my kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, knives, forks, pots and pans. The bathroom has towels and rugs. I tried to add all the amenities to make it as comfortable as home. Look at pet rules under the other things to note section.

We encourage our guests to enjoy the large back yard patio with magnificent views of the Magothy River and Chesapeake Bay ! Approximately 30 miles to Washington, and Baltimore. 30 minutes to BWI airport. TV and internet. A community beaches just a short walk away. ADULTS ONLY, NO SMOKING, NO PETS.

We’re tucked away on a forested residential street, roughly a 7 minute drive from restaurants, coffee shops and all that Annapolis has to offer. 15m from the coast, 30m from Baltimore and 35m from DC. Tl;dr: this is a private ground-level guest suite with 3 beds, 2 bedrooms, 1 desk (optional standing desk), 1 kitchen with oven, dishwasher + Nespresso/pour over, 2 tvs, laundry room with washer/dryer, fast wifi, a pool, patio and a forest view. We live on the top floor.

Who needs a boat to stay at a marina? Eastport Yacht Center has a quaint one bedroom apartment located in charming Eastport, within walking distance to Downtown Annapolis and the U.S. Naval Academy. Conveniently located next to the Annapolis Maritime Museum. Coastal Comfort Suite Near Annapolis, Hottub, EV

Our pool and hot tub are closed for the season. Ideal for a couple's retreat, this king suite guest room has a seating area, mounted TV, and coffee bar, microwave, and mini-fridge. An ensuite bathroom provides a luxurious shower and a spacious closet. The pool and hot tub are seasonal. Weems Creek Cottage, Annapolis Waterfront

(August, 2025) Jim is the best host we’ve ever had. Super responsive, reached out to let us know the place was ready and we could check in early. The house is perfect size for 2 adults and a kid. Beautiful view and really comfortable. We loved the screened in porch. We walked to breakfast at the smoothie place and had a great walk down to the naval academy. We would definitely stay here again.

Serene Riverfront Home

Conveniently located in the community of Cape St Claire walking distance to grocery and restaurants. Easy access to Route 50 and only 15 minutes to downtown Annapolis and the US Naval Academy.

South River Park Apartment

Located minutes from Annapolis, the in-law apartment offers access to Baltimore and DC in under an hour. The apartment offers its own entrance, full kitchen, one bathroom, one bedroom, tile floors, pullout sofa, Wifi, and parking. The apartment is registered with the Anne Arundel County Dept. of Inspections & Permits, #STR-15, for short term rentals.
