L'appartement est très bien équipé et se situe au quatrième étage sans ascenseur dans un immeuble très ancien et facilement accessible . Le quartier est bien desservi en transports et juste en bas de l'appartement vous trouverez un petit commerce, café, Hammam,Bar(…)
