Herzlich willkommen in der kleinen Oase mitten in Sargans. Das renovierte Studio befindet sich in unserem Einfamilienhaus in einem ruhigen Quartier im Zentrum von Sargans. Die schmucke Unterkunft bietet Platz für 2 Personen. Eine bequeme Sitzecke, Ess- u. Arbeitstisch, Kaffeemaschine Delizio, grosses Doppelbett (180x200 cm) und eigener Sitzplatz im idyllischen Garten sorgen für Freiraum und Erholung. Sehr zentral gelegen ist es ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für viele Aktivitäten und Ausflüge.

Small Paradise above the Walensee

A beautiful old countryside home, lovely furnished in a paradise-like setting. The house is perfect for people who are looking to get a break from the big, loud world or would like to discover the beautiful Swiss mountains by foot. If you are coming by public transport you will need to hike one hour on a very beautiful hiking path (Weesen - Quinten). If you decide to come by car you will only need to hike 15min from the parking lot to the house. We highly recommend to wear good hiking shoes.

Neue, moderne Gästewohnung im angebauten Hausteil. Die Studiowohnung verfügt über drei Räume, die durch 4 oder 7 Treppenstufen verbunden sind. Der mittlere Raum mit Wohnzimmer/Esszimmer und Küche ist sehr hell mit Sicht auf das Schloss Sargans. Der obere Sitzplatz bietet tolle Rundsicht auf Schloss und Gonzen. Die Gästewohnung ist ideal für 2-4 Personen. Grosses Doppelbett, Kajütenbett im oberen Raum, Bettsofa oder Klappbett. Auf Wunsch Benutzung von Whirlpool, Sauna und Waschmaschine.

Unser Paradies lädt zum erholen ein. Das Gästezimmer und Badezimmer wie auch die Stube (wo sich ein kleiner Kühlschrank, eine Nespresso Kaffeemaschine und ein Wasserkocher hat),befinden sich im Dachgeschoss mit wunderschöner Aussicht auf den Walensee und die Churfirsten. WEITERE WICHTIGE HINWEISE Unsere Katze wohnt auch im Dachgeschoss die das Badezimmer und die Stube mitbenützt. Es hat ein Parkplatz vor dem Haus und einen Sitzplatz mit Feuerstelle. The flat is on the hillside of the liechtensteinensian Alps with a beautiful view over the Rheintal-valley. With modern style you will enjoy a comfortable stay in our little Principality. The bus-stop is a minute away from the flat. The center of the capital of our country "Vaduz" is 5 minutes by bus, the mountains for hiking or skiing 15 minutes. The flat is a duplex-apartment with two floors. To the apartment belong 2 parking-spots for free directly next to it.

Die Einzimmerwohnung befindet sich im Erdgeschoss eines Einfamilienhauses in ruhiger Gegend, mit Parkplatz (+Garage für Fahrräder), kleiner Terrasse und separatem Eingang. Die Wohnung ist ausgestattet mit einem ausziehbaren Sofa (140x200), einem Einzelbett auf erhöhtem Podest (nicht geeignet für kleine Kinder), eigenem Badezimmer und kleiner Küche (siehe Bilder). Das Haus befindet sich 5-7 Gehminuten vom Bahnhof, BZBS, OST und Stadtzentrum entfernt.

Directly next to the yurt are our llamas, alpacas and rabbits. Our farm shop offers the guests products for breakfast, lunch or dinner, which can be  prepared by themselves.  All cooking utensils such as pots, plates, cutlery are ready and can be used.
