Both our houses are designed in the contemporary style. We used custom made decor and cherry tree furniture. A lot of windows, glass doors, bright and open space are inside the house. It is very quiet outside. You most likely will be alone at the beach. We share the whole sea cove with only one neighboring house. It is a pure paradise if you want to live on the beach on your own and within minutes of driving to the main local attractions. You'll be amazed of our botanical garden and landscape.

The quaint Town of Belfast offers a great base for exploring the Mid-Coast of Maine with easy driving distance to Camden, Rockland, Acadia National Park, Bar Harbor, and so much more. This is a Historic Home, built in 1875, and is located in the Belfast “Landmark District”, which places you in walking distance in Town, on a quaint Street just 2 blocks from Belfast Bay.

The Barn

I call my place "The Barn" because as I was finishing it it took the shape and feel of a barn. It's not a barn. It's a quiet post and beam open concept building (a Jamaica Cottages kit) set among the fields of Appleton, Maine. You'll sleep in the loft or on a futon on the main floor. The bathroom is huge, 10X10, with a heated floor. It's an open concept kitchen and living space. From Appleton you are 20 miles away from the tourist destinations of Camden, Rockland, and Belfast.

The River House – private, fire pit, 5 min to town

Escape to this modern and serene home, just steps from the Passagassawakeag River. The River House is centrally located and just minutes from downtown Belfast which boasts great retail stores, restaurants and many amazing events throughout the year. This house is situated on the grounds of Seascape, a newly renovated motel located in Belfast, ME. The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. This beautiful home consists of 2 bedrooms and a day bed in the great room. There is plenty of room for gathering and is perfect for the little ones because of the fenced in play area. The perfect family getaway!

Cedar Swamp Farm

A 2 bedroom house with a porch and gazebo in the back yard in a rural setting located on gravel road. Overlooking lovely horse pastures and deer often come to visit. 35 additional wooded acres to explore. There are unorganized trails that abut “Dead Brook“ available to walk. “Majic”, “Wally” and “Boots” are your neighbors and love to say hello and get a pat.
