There is plenty of off-street parking. Chichester and Langstone Harbours are an attractive 15 minute walk. Come and relax and take advantage of the many amenities the local area has to offer.

Clara Cottage is the perfect holiday home for up to 6 guests. St Helen's Beach is a few minute's walk away, the Duver nearby is a beautiful nature reserve with bird life and sand dunes. The village green opposite has a huge grassy area plus a children's play park. The village shop and post office sells everything that you could need . There is a pub on the green and a restaurant. The annex has its own driveway and self check-in is via a key box. The Garden Rooms are located in the pretty downland village of West Ashling. There are three local pubs & a restaurant, all within walking distance.

Pebble Cottage in the heart of Bembridge

Pebble Cottage is in the heart of Bembridge, with a short walk to the local shops, where you will find a Farm Shop, Bakery, Butchers, Fish Mongers and a local food store. For eating out there is The Olde Village Inn pub, a fish and chip shop, and a great take away at Framptons. Forelands beach is a good 15 minute walk away, an excellent beach for walking the dogs (or oneself), and a great place for children to enjoy all things to do with being by the seaside.

Our Annexe sits within the conservation area of Ryde with uninterrupted views across the Solent. It forms part of a large Regency property but has an independent access and off-street parking. With it's beaches, harbour, bustling town centre and easy mainland links, Ryde has become a popular destination for many people all year round. The Annexe has been recently renovated and is superbly presented with comfortable accommodation for two people.
