Apartamento de 100m2 totalmente reformado, con todas las comodidades necesarias para pasar unos días de descanso y tranquilidad con la familia y amigos. Chalet en la montaña, situado en el término municipal de Benifairó de la Valldigna. Rodeado de naranjos, con vistas al mar, a 15 minutos en coche de la playa. Dispone de 3 habitaciones (6 plazas), salón-comedor con chimenea (leña NO incluida), terraza, cocina, baño y aseo. Piscina en la parte inferior, de uso comunitario junto con tres chalets similares (solo en temporada de verano, junio,julio, agosto y septiembre) con zona de juegos (columpio y tobogán).
