Este coqueto y luminoso apartamento totalmente exterior se encuentra en un edificio recién construido, por lo que todo lo que ves es completamente nuevo. Lo primero que se ve es un salón amplio y luminoso gracias a sus grandes ventanas exteriores y que está dotado de Android TV de 43" y alta definición, fibra óptica de alta velocidad (100Mbps), aire acondicionado con bomba de calor, una zona de comedor con una amplia mesa con espacio para 4 personas, y un confortable sofá/cama de gama alta que, al abrirse, presenta un colchón de 1,35 metros de ancho con capacidad para que dos adultos duerman cómodamente.
