You have access to a private back porch and yard as you go out french doors. You also have access to the common grounds for the entire property that includes grill, hot tub, fire pit with real wood and table for picnic by pond. two swinging chairs from tree, and two floating chairs with gas fire pit by pond. This renovated 3 bed/2 bath condo has a amazing view of the bay and the creek from every window and has a great laptop work space to be able to work on the road. NEW 65 inch flat screen TV in the loft with Youtube TV and Roku. Both bedrooms have flat screen TVs. Close to Seattle and Vancouver, there are day trips in each direction. We have lots of lawn games such as badminton,  horseshoes, and volleyball.  Feel free to feed the ducks!

Conveniently located in between Seattle and Vancouver BC. Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish tiny home which was recently constructed out of a previous carport on the back of our 1/3 acre. Simple yet well-stocked, you should have everything you need to make breakfast or a simple dinner. The bed is comfy, the couch is comfy, the wifi is fast. If you visit anytime July-October you can come browse my dahlia patch and vegetable garden!
