Arbutus Cabin is situated amongst old growth fir and arbutus trees and is part of Quadra Island’s history. Despite a few improvements over the years, the cabin maintains its character reminiscent of its heritage. Relax on the large, covered deck and watch boats come and go all day or, lose yourself in a book in the over-sized chair in the reading nook. Eco friendly Sun-Mar composting toilet in a separate building. There is a wall mounted Monitor (no cable) to connect to your devices.

Our " floathouse" has everything a guest could want, privacy and a beautiful waterfront location on the Whaletown Lagoon. There is a shared family dock for launching your kayaks, swimming, or just relaxing and watching the changing of the tides. Its vintage ambience combines much of its original historical nature and water travels with modern updates. A former bunk house for hand logging camps and part of our floating household, its traveling days are now over.

Not suitable for children under 12, or anyone with limited mobility.

Cozy Studio Suite in beautiful Royston. Suited for 2 people with a queen murphy bed. The Studio is within Walking distance to the Ocean and King Fischer Spa. 20 minutes to top of Mount Washington for ski season or summer hiking. Central to Cumberland's world renowned Mountain Biking trails. The back yard is a wooded oasis. Fenced for a puppy with off leash hiking on the doorstep. Shared is a wood burning firepit for in season.
