Our self-contained, one room studio apartment is on a street surrounded by horse fields, the river and the showground. Only 600m to the centre of town . Our private, ground floor room is spacious, open and airy with a king size bed OR 2 single beds + 2 extra single beds, kitchenette, bathroom, reverse cycle air conditioning, smart tv and open living space overlooking the garden. The studio has a well appointed kitchen with tea, coffee, salt, pepper and oil. We do not provide breakfast.

We are close to the village of Urunga, and a half-hour drive from Coffs Harbour airport. Enjoy the privacy, views, and the quiet, natural surroundings. We welcome families, couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. This two storey unit has a separate bedroom with ensuite, lounge-room, and private balcony with BBQ provided. Please walk around to enjoy the property during your stay. There are landscaped gardens, an orchard and veggie patch, so help yourself to produce.

My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, and families (with kids).
