Relaxing is also a part of renewal so on-site activities and the surrounding communities offer plenty of recreation and tourism opportunities. Marmutt Woods is a place to step out of daily distractions to relax and refocus. Even if you are here primarily for some other reason, we hope you'll take advantage of the quiet time and provided materials.

We are located on Middle Gresham Lake, this is a semi private lake, very quite lake with no public access. The fishing is great. Includes use of a row boat, canoe and two kayaks, boat motor available-extra charge. Rustic cabin feel with pristine views, a fire pit for roasting marsh mellows. Easy access via blacktop road that takes you right to the place. It offers 56 ft of water frontage. A small public boat landing right in front, makes it easy to get on and off the water. A new dock to tie it up for the evening on those summer stays, and drive out (at own risk) on the ice for those winter months.
