The Tree Cabin

The heated tree cabin is set within a small secluded wood up a steep path. Cedar lined, insulated and oak clad it cantilevers out over a remote mill pond. Wake up in a tranquil heaven only shared with shy wildlife, including deer, hare, the odd badger and a variety of birds. In the cabin are a king-size plus bed, table and chairs, kitchen area with induction plate, microwave oven & toaster. Your own smaller tree cabin, a few trees away, houses a flushing toilet and hand basin with spring water.

It is tucked away high above the river, reached directly by a path and has a lovely view from its own garden to the sheltered woodland beyond. The private hot-tub is available for an additional cost. Exclusive use of the owners off-site private spa - indoor heated swimming pool, spa bath, sauna & outside Swimspa is also available for an additional charge, subject to availability.

Uppergate Farmhouse Apartment

The one-bedroom apartment is located in a self-contained wing of a listed farmhouse. Oak beams, flag floors, with every modern convenience. The en-suite bedroom can sleep up to 2 (plus a cot) and 1 pet; the apartment has a fully equipped, fitted, modern kitchen/dining/living area and a patio with car parking space. A swimming pool with sauna is available to book at extra charge. We can not guarantee availability of pool slots less than 2 weeks before the booking.

Teal cottage is all on the ground floor with 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, private hot tub* and exclusive use of the owners private pool* available. There is ample private parking. Tucked away up a long private drive, this isolated cottage has stunning views from every room and from the patios and hot-tub. Harlequin House sleeps 12 with 4.5 bathrooms, 8 in the main house and 4 in the separate annex. There is also a private garden with a hot-tub; exclusively yours for the entirety of your stay. Drive-way, off-road parking. Exclusive use of the owners spa facilities is also available for an additional charge, subject to availability.

Grove Farm Cottage

A lovely 3 bedroom farmhouse that sleeps up to 5 in a double, twin and single bedroom. An enclosed garden, pet friendly (one dog), use of the farm's heated indoor pool (a 70 minute private swim/ sauna is guaranteed each day of the stay - these slots can be pre-booked). There is a playground and a playshed and animal feeding/ egg collecting takes place at 8.30am every day on farm. Children are very welcome to join in.

This is a unique apartment with it being a converted mill, great structural features throughout, with modern and homey touches.
