Beautiful and comfortable, a unique get away in the heart of Texas hill country, one mile south of Guadalupe St Park and next to beautiful Park-31 wedding venue. We are minutes from small towns and a big city that offers unique and multicultural experiences, shopping, dining, and recreation. Guadalupe River Park is easily accessible and offers water recreation, camping, and day hikes. As a working ranch you will fall in love with the animals who live there and enjoy their close interactions.

Private quarters with separate entrance, spacious living room, full kitchen, bedroom w/closet, bathroom w/shower, and a covered sitting area overlooking city. 15 minutes from Fiesta Texas and Sea World, 25 minutes from downtown, and one mile away from Old Town Helotes. Pool & hot tub are available for additional fee of $50 per pool use in the morning 9:00 - 4:00, or in the evening 4:00 -10:00. Pool is not heated during colder months, only hot tub is.

A unique camping-like getaway with a queen size bed, wifi, A/C, heat, RokuTV, microwave, mini-fridge, Keurig, and a private BBQ/picnic area. Deer greet you along the path to your own reserved full bathroom—one of 3 private bathrooms located in our separate facility a short walk from your cabin. Fresh air, wildlife, and Hill Country vibe just 8 minutes to shops/dining.

This cozy unit is flooded with light from five huge windows in an airy Victorian gazebo motif. Surrounded by the serenity of live oaks, you'll surely want to stay longer! And amenities! Only a short walk or drive away are our very own Starbucks, Planet Fitness, H E B grocery store, and great library. A few blocks away you'll find a plethora of restaurants, banking, shopping, and walking. But tucked into our green, generously fenced property, you'll feel the peacefulness of country living.

The Airstream is sleek & stylish, and is equipped with everything you need to enjoy your stay. Indoor facilities include: full kitchen with oven, pantry, 3-burner stove, refrigerator/freezer; shower, toilet and sink; bedroom with queen bed & flat-screen tv; dining area; living area with comfy sofa & flat-screen TV, DVD player, AppleTV, Radio; Wi-Fi; Air Conditioning (AC) ; Heat Pump(HP)/propane heat. Outdoor facilities include a picnic table with a beautiful field view & a charcoal grill.

Kids enjoy exploring, wildlife and roasting marshmallows while snuggling up around a campfire. The experience is much like camping, not to be compared with a hotel.
