Visit historic Milton, go for a bushwalk on the farm (through rainforest or to the top of the old Potato Patch) or just relax on the verandah. The apartment is perfectly situated across the road from Mollymook Beach. On the top floor (2nd floor) the apartment balcony looks directly over the pool towards the beach perfect for a coffee in the morning sun. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is an internal laundry. The bathroom has a bath and seperate shower The apartment is in a resort style complex with its own pool, tennis court and a large lawn area . There is a BBQ on the balcony and a larger communal BBQ by the tennis court.

Billabong Cottage at Mimosa Eco Retreat

Billabong Cottage is a romantic little one bedroom cottage situated next to its own large billabong. This fully equipped cathedral ceilinged cottage has everything you need for a romantic escape. Designed to represent the Australian settler’s cottage, unique and cozy, the fully fenced verandah overlooks the water, with wood heater and outdoor firepit. Pets are welcome. There is an additional charge of $40 per pet (max 2). Try our Corroboree, Cooee or Kiah Cottages if Billabong is booked out.

Fully self contained and stand alone building, halfway between Nowra and Ulladulla. Only 3 minutes from the highway but far enough away to escape all the noise. If you enjoy rural tranquility and a chance to listen to the birds this is the place for you. If you want to be 5 mins away from shops and restaurants - this place is not for you! (it will take you about 20- 30 minutes to get to those)! There is excellent privacy with separate driveway access from the main house.
